Nguyen Cong Tri is a self-taught visionary fashion based in Ho Chi Minh City. As a graduate of Fine Arts from the Ho Chi Minh City University of the Arts, he first impacted the world of Vietnamese design in 2000 when he won 1st prize in the ‘New Idea’ category at Vietnam’s Grand Prix, with his ‘Green Leaves’ fashion collection. Following this, he began to work with singers and celebrities in Vietnam, styling their photo-shoots and constructing signature looks.

Hand embroidered hoodie, designed and stitched by me, onto a heather grey Fruit of the Loom ‘Classic Hooded Sweat’. The t-shirt is a 260gm/m² 80% cotton, 20% polyester double hooded sweatshirt. It is a men’s medium but is designed to be unisex. Will fit up to a Women’s size 16 or a men’s medium. Fit will depend on size, the model show is a women’s small and it has a large oversized fit on her. The embroidery is a continuous line illustration drawn and then stitched with tambour (kantan couture) needle by me; using high quality black embroidery thread. It would look good with every outfit and would make a perfect gifts for a feminist or artists. This item is a one off, it cannot be remade. Wash on gentle 40c cycle. DO NOT BLEACH. CAN be tumble dried. Can be ironed or pressed on a medium heat. DO NOT dry clean. This item will be sent Royal Mail Second Class within the UK or Royal Mail International Standard everywhere else.
